We have a full set of inspecting equipement for the casting parts(300KN tension testing machine,30T Brinell hardness tester,300J impact testing machine, chemical analysis instrument, Metallurgical Instrument.),manufacturing equipement for casting(Several sets of Molding machines imported from Taiwan, one set of Rotary type Sand smashing Machine, one set of 10T Resin Sand mixing Machine, One set of 5T annealing furnace, and two sets of medium frequency electrical furnace).We have passed the International Quality System Certification:ISO9001:2008(UKAS) in May,2009,and we are applying DNV material Certification, the annual capacity for the casting parts is about 5000T(Ductile Iron, Gray cast iron, Graphite cast iron),Our main products are the valve casts provided by GB, EN,JIS,ASTM,DIN specifications and Motorcar Parts, Low-temperature ductile iron, Graphite cast iron, etc which are applied for the water, oil pipeline, Mine, Textiles, food industry etc.
